Billboard's message draws safety concerns

A billboard advertising a student apartment complex where slain Clemson University student Tiffany Souers lived has come under fire.

Management at the apartment said the billboard campaign was selected because of past success elsewhere; critics say it sends a dangerous message.

The billboard shows a young woman's face with the subtitle "Reserved," and a woman sporting a tattoo on her lower back with the subtitle "Not so reserved."

"It really is harmful to all female residents who live there," said Tracy Faith Clark, director of Sharing Inc., where Souers worked in Easley.
