I think we can all agree that Al Pacino has a reputation for being a yeller on film. But when did this reputation become so in tact? At what point were all the comedians imitating his on screen outbursts?

the yelling started when he decided he no longer wanted to actually work, and just started phoning it in. with the exception of “donnie brasco,” pacino hasn’t actually ACTED since the 70s. he just yells and looks down and to the side (almost as if he’s… reading cue cards… hmmmm…).
he’s the same bombastic loudmouth ham in every movie he’s in now, and it sucks. it was a travesty how he ruined godfather III (and how that pussy coppola let him get away with it). it’s a shame, man. that guy was one of the greatest ever until he got lazy…
