An understaffed health clinic in Prague found an innovative way to bring in perspective employees: Nurses and doctors who sign with the clinic for three years can choose from an array of plastic surgery options as a bonus, the Australian Associated Press reported.
Plastic surgery options include breast implants, liposuction or tummy tucks.
“It has been a success,” said Jiri Schweitzer, a manager at the Iscare Clinic. She added that the clinic had to turn away dozens of applicants.
The clinic charges up to $5,060 for a breast implant, which is almost three times the monthly wage for a nurse working at the clinic.
Not such a bad deal after all.
