The year is 2015. One year ago, all 50 states and the federal government ended the Modern Prohibition of what most Americans once referred to as the “War on Drugs.” Today, special stores offer regulated, taxed and formerly illegal drugs in every state. The ‘drug dealer’ now works a $15.00 an hour job and does not care if the customer buys a candy bar or cocaine. Yes, he checks for ID for under-aged kids. What problems remain in the country and around the world?

What a load of crap. Families would fall apart, addiction would rise. It would be total bedlam. Illicit drugs have NEVER been proven to pay any social or health benefits. Those who want them legalized are just a bunch of losers who would rather be high than participate in life.

Families would fall apart? total bedlam? someone’s got you brainwashed. Marijuana has been proven to at least help people cope with debilitating diseases with not one overdose ever. What have YOU done today? legalization would also be a blow to gang activity/cash flow as they now have control of distribution. Furthermore, addiction is a problem that not very many drug users have, but it needs to be confronted with rehab, not incarceration. Peace, dude; chow on a chill pill and let the adults handle this one.
