On the heels of the successful revival of the “Indiana Jones” franchise, Paramount has set in motion a fourth installment of “Beverly Hills Cop.”
Eddie Murphy is attached to reprise his role as Detroit detective Axel Foley, and Brett Ratner is negotiating to direct. Studio is aiming for a 2009 production start and a summer 2010 release.
What do you think? Is this a good thing or a not so good thing?

This just proves that creativity is dead in Hollywood. The only thing they are good at is making movies that are critical of the US or George Bush because there they are passionate with their hatred of all things christian or conservative.

Somehow I never could make some sort of resemblance between Beverly Hills Cop and George W. Bush..

I like it…just hope it’s not a repeat of Cop III…it departed from the formula that the original had and even Cop II had to a lesser extent.
And I’m sorry, but Bush’s actions in his foreign policy are anything but Christian or conservative…his actions aren’t too different from another world leader who came into power some 76 years ago. Hitler wasn’t a bumbling fool like the clown in the White House though
