It takes a real sadistic villain to make the protagonist seem heroic, and some of Disney’s villains have been quite memorable. Especially when they get to sing a song about how evil they are.

Memorable they may be, but its never say well with me how all Disney villains are either deformed or ugly, and are portrayed in complete black/white terms.

I think Ghibli’s storys are much “”healther”" way to portray the world to children.
