The British rock band Oasis is back! Well, they weren't supposed to be, but they are. Three new songs from their upcoming album (which isn't supposed to be released for a while) have hit the Internet. The songs are titled 'Stop the Clocks,' 'Nothin On Me,' and 'I Wanna Live A Dream.' The songs are much better than the titles suggest. What do you think?

A 'Christian' rock band called 'Starfield' was rocking out Jesus-style at a show in Canada over the weekend when the floor collapsed. This video from the concert shows hundreds of fans falling through the floor and into the basement below. Dozens of attendees were injured and at least one remains in a coma. Lesson: God will let you rock out, but not too hard.

The legendary Sun Studio in Memphis, Tennessee (USA) announced a new web video series showcasing today's rising acts in the very room where Elvis Presley, Johnny Cash, Jerry Lee Lewis, Howlin' Wolf and many other greats recorded their very first hits. Indeed, the first rock and roll songs to hit radio in the US came from Sun Studio and now the room comes alive again with new music.

You'll remember U2 recording "Angel of Harlem" and a couple other tunes from Rattle and Hum at Sun. Martin Scorsese is going to be pissed! The Weinstein Company has optioned the rights to "No Woman No Cry: My Life With Bob Marley" (pick up a copy on Amazon.com), a book written by Bob Marley's widow Rita Marley, with plans to turn it into a biopic about the legendary Jamaican reggae singer. Scorsese previously announced that he would be directing a documentary about Bob Marley that would be aiming for a February 2010 release. Now No Woman No Cry is going to hit theaters right before it, in late 2009. Apparently a biopic has had issues getting approved by Rita previously, but now this time this one has made it through and is heading into production. More Reggae?
